Casa Mari in Pedreña (4, 5 ,9 px)

The house is located in Pedreña, one of the towns around the Bay of Santander and very close to the beach of Somo. It belongs to the family since the beginning of the last century although it was recently restored to its current configuration.

The place stands out for its exceptional location just 20 km from Santander, 20 km from the Parque de la Naturaleza de Cabárceno, next to the Pedreña and La Junquera golf courses. For the magnificent beaches that you can enjoy in a radius of 5 Kms. Somo to 3km, Langre, Galizano, Loredo, etc.

The house has two totally independent lodgings, although if the circumstances so advise, they can be booked together. The apartments, of two or three rooms, consist of living room, kitchen and bathroom with bathtub. They are fully equipped with all kinds of kitchenware, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee maker, iron, television, toaster etc.

It has bed and bath linen although in the latter case we advise to provide a towel that is more suited to our particular tastes.

Outside you can enjoy the large garden with furniture. The garden surrounds the side and the back of the house and opens onto the bay so we can admire beautiful views with the city of Santander in the background.

The entrance will be from 16:00 and the departure at 12:00.
